The High School Next Level initiative under Ghana Grows has emerged as a pivotal intervention aimed at reshaping perceptions and career aspirations among young women, particularly within the critical 15 to 18 age bracket. Designed to empower and inspire, the program provides students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to explore opportunities in Agriculture, Agribusiness, and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).
